It is a very bad hotel, Cockroaches are crawling all over the room, and there is a dampness/seepage problem. They commit fraud on the room service bill by listing extra items to charge more money.These staff members are even deceiving their employer. Very disappointed.’’’’’’??

Rooms are average, service is top notch. If you are a Jio user then network is not there. You have to entirely depend on hotel WiFi which is also a very complicated process to login due to there security protocols

I had a very bad experience at Hotel Morya Regency, Railway Colony, Bhopal. I booked the hotel for 6 night 5 days with breakfast included, but the breakfast service was extremely disappointing. They have charged 2500rs extra for breakfast for 5 daysThey offered only 4 breakfast options:1) Poha with tea2) Aloo paratha with tea3) Pyaz paratha with tea4) Toast with teaThe biggest issue was that they provided only one serving per room, no matter how many family members were staying. For example, if you choose poha and tea, they give only one plate of poha and one cup of tea for everyone. I was staying with my wife and our 1-year-old baby, which made it even more inconvenient.The hotel receptionist were rude, and the overall service was poor. I would not recommend this hotel for families. In my opinion, this hotel is not suitable for family stays.
