Citrus Prime Bhopal

I stayed at Citrus Prime Bhopal in the last week of November, booked through MakeMyTrip (MMT).Positive points:’ The room provided to me was clean’ The location is okay and accessibleMain issue:The biggest problem is the mismatch between the room photos shown on MMT and the actual room provided by the hotel. The pictures displayed on MakeMyTrip give a completely different impression compared to reality.I felt cheated by MakeMyTrip because the room did not match what was advertised at the time of booking. When I raised this concern with the hotel staff, they informed me that they have requested MMT multiple times to update the photos, but MMT has not done so.I also requested the hotel staff to provide me the same category/room as shown in the MMT photos, but they denied, stating it was not possible.This creates confusion and disappointment for customers. Transparency is very important while booking hotels online. Either the photos on MMT should be updated immediately, or the hotel should provide rooms that match the advertised images.Overall, the stay was average, but the false representation on MMT seriously affects trust. I hope both the hotel and MakeMyTrip take responsibility and fix this issue for future guests.

Very good hotel for stay. And good experience . I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff made the experience truly memorable with their warm hospitality and professionalism. Special thanks to the reception’ Dinesh and Surbhi who were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and well taken care of.

Recently I visited to hotel citrus with my family in bhopal based on good reviews from online but it’s was all fake, the hotel which they are showing on site is totally fake don’t go with those fake reviews. totally worst hotel I experience ever had no luggage handling while check in, no assistance just handover the keys. Rooms were stinky all linen quality is was low and overused, expired it seems like it was not changed same issue explain to front office but no response. I asked for bath mat to reception but they said we have only hand towel you can use towel . staff are also arrogant and lack of training, professionalism. No happy faces we saw in between the stay.I stayed here for 2 nights food was little good but service was too slow. It seems like that there is no higher position like any manager or else whoever looking this property have really care about hospitality and how it is run. I will never recommend this hotel to any one in my circle .

They went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and well taken care of.The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere, but what stood out the most was the genuine care and kindness shown by the people working here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, and I look forward to coming back again.

Room service is not friendly,when asked for regular water from in room dining,they asked to contact house keeping. On contacting house keeping,they told to call in house dining. Finally after 30 minutes,staff provided water is used plastic bottles. No water jug was given. Water clogging issues in shower area. Serious health and hygiene issues with the hotel. Location is good,but far from heart of the city
