The reception manager is extremely rude. They demand a higher charge than what is listed on their own website and refuse to listen to the customer's concerns, simply saying no. The rooms have a bad smell and the executive room is very small. The website showed the executive room price as around Rs 1600 including taxes, but they were asking for Rs 2000 for the same room.
