The Whispering Palms Resort

Good experience, service very good, food also very good.

I had a really bad time at The Whispering Palms today. Me and my friend came for lunch, excited to eat together. After we ordered, the waiter said it would take 10-20 minutes. We were okay with waiting, thinking the food would be good. But after a long time, the same waiter came back and said the kitchen was closed since morning, so no food at all. This is just not right for a restaurant. It felt like our time didn’t matter. The staff was unprofessional, and management needs to do better. No apology or anything was given, and we felt ignored. Eating out is not just about food; it’s about the whole experience, and this was terrible. The Whispering Palms really needs to improve customer service and communication. I won’t come back and wouldn’t suggest it to anyone who wants a nice dining experience. Better to save your time and money for a place that cares about its customers.

Service and ambience really super.

Food was good, atmosphere nice and cool, especially by the pool. My kids enjoyed a lot, that's enough for me.

Amazing place, I really loved it. The food is so tasty, and the service is really good. Everything is just perfect!!
