I stayed at this hotel for a week from July 20th to July 26th. While the food was definitely good, the overall hospitality and service were far below acceptable standards. The gym was in poor condition and badly maintained. They only provide one liter of bottled water per day, after which you have to drink tap water. Despite pre-paying for all meals, I was denied room service because management seems to think guests might overeat or share meals if served in the room, which felt restrictive and insulting. Visitors are not allowed to come up to your room. Laundry services are not included and are charged at very high rates. When I asked for a 4 to 5-hour late check-out and offered to pay half the daily rate, management refused and insisted on full payment for an extra day. Overall, this hotel is okay for a weekend buffet visit but I would not recommend it for a longer stay of 6 to 7 days.

I enjoyed a fantastic stay at Hotel Sapphire Blue! The service was flawless, and the staff greeted us warmly. The rooms were clean, roomy, and provided stunning views. The food was excellent, and the entire experience was pleasant. Highly recommended.
