I stayed at this hotel with my family for one night on 4th June, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.The room had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. Lift also not working ,We found cockroaches in the washroom, the air conditioner was not functioning properly, the toilet flush had very low pressure, and there was a blockage in the bathroom drainage. These problems caused significant inconvenience during our stay.The only positive aspect was the food, which was good, and the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety.However, the service experience was also below expectations. During breakfast, a staff member who appeared to be either the manager or supervisor, wearing a black blazer, was constantly on his phone and did not seem attentive to guests. It gave the impression that guest concerns and hospitality were not a priority.Overall, the hotel needs to improve its room maintenance, cleanliness, and guest service standards. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
