Absolutely terrible experience’this place doesn’t deserve even a single star. The service is unbelievably poor, and nothing gets done unless you chase them repeatedly. Even then, they don’t have the basic courtesy to answer calls or properly discuss your requirements for an event or ceremony. They’ll keep saying ’we’ll handle it,’ but then completely ignore your calls.The decorator they work with is hands down the worst I’ve ever dealt with. He barely communicated, picked up the phone just once, and seemed far more interested in sending random decoration photos on WhatsApp than actually understanding what we needed. Despite explaining everything in detail (which shouldn’t even be necessary with a professional), he completely messed it up.To make things worse, they used withered, old flowers instead of fresh ones, and the accessories provided for the ceremony were broken and in terrible condition. Everything looked worn out and poorly managed.Honestly, if you want your function ruined and your money wasted, go ahead and book this place. Otherwise, stay far away.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience forced me to. We booked this hotel for an important party expecting basic standards of decoration and hospitality. Unfortunately, both were below expectations.The decoration was poorly managed and looked rushed and unplanned. It did not match what was discussed at the time of booking.More disappointing was the staff behavior. They were rude and dismissive when concerns were raised. Even the host of the party was not served hot rotis. When we politely informed the staff, instead of resolving the issue, they casually insisted that the food was already hot.Hospitality is about service and respect, and sadly both were missing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves, but based on our experience, I cannot recommend this place for events.

I recently booked this hotel for a party, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The decoration was extremely poor and looked very unprofessional. It was not at all what was promised during booking. The setup looked messy and poorly arranged, which spoiled the overall vibe of the event.I expected much better service and attention to detail. Very dissatisfied with the management and planning.

The place is in good vicinity on main road with access to many stores for food, general needs, 24 hours medical needs in walking distances. For the money charged the rooms were quite better so good value for money.
