The room telephone was not working, bed linen was stained and full of hair, dust and hair were found everywhere, and the washroom was very dirty with a broken shampoo dispenser, tea kettle not working. These basic issues reflect poor housekeeping and maintenance.Not recommended for business or family travelers who prioritize cleanliness, hygiene, and professional service.
