Solo Traveller • Sep 2026Awful Checkout Experience
2.0
My checkout experience at Hotel Prime Manjeet, Bhopal was very unpleasant and intimidating. The receptionist, Ram Singh, was rude, aggressive, and confrontational. Although I had booked the room via MakeMyTrip with all inclusions clearly stated, he insisted on extra charges for breakfast and even the complimentary mineral water. This was one of the worst experiences I've encountered.
