Room service was bad. Room conditions not good. They don't change bedsheets. Door of room 205 is broken, easy to open without key. Staff was nice but hotel condition is too bad. Worst experience.

This was maybe the worst stay I had in years. I booked this hotel because of its good ratings, but it was really disappointing. I arrived early and paid extra for early check-in, which was okay, but the room quality was bad. I booked a suite, but it was nothing like a suite should be. The walls were damp and paint was peeling. The toilet flush didn’t work well, and there were cobwebs in the bathroom with dust everywhere. The toilet drainage was poor, bedsheets were torn, and the mattress was uncomfortable—I felt something hard in my back when lying down. The bathroom exhaust didn’t work too. We changed rooms, but the new one also didn’t have an exhaust. The condition was similar in the other rooms we checked, even after looking at 4-5 options. At first, they wouldn’t even give us the room keys, acting like we might steal them. 😄 And to make it worse, water wasn’t complimentary. We asked for drinking water, and they charged us for the bottles at checkout. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel.

When we got to the room, we found like 6 cockroaches in the bathroom and more under the bed and tables. Hot water was only available for about 8 hours a day. The bed was kinda uncomfortable. The toilet flush and seat cover were both broken, and the lock on the toilet door was also not working. Except for the location, everything else was a bad experience.

Service very bad, workers not good. Never stay here.

Very bad service, TV not working, washroom not good, nothing done even after complaints, I won't stay here again.
