We went for a Sunday night buffet at this hotel expecting good quality food, especially since it is a 4-star property. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a complete nightmare.Within hours after dinner, both my husband and I suffered from severe stomach pain, fever, chills, and loose motions. Our condition worsened so much that we had to visit the hospital, where the doctor confirmed it was food poisoning.The food served was stale or improperly stored, possibly prepared days earlier and reheated. Serving such rotten or unsafe food is extremely dangerous and unacceptable at any hotel, let alone one that claims to be 4-star.Apart from the physical suffering, this incident caused mental stress, medical expenses, and a total loss of trust in the hotel’s hygiene standards.I strongly urge management to review their food safety practices immediately. Future guests should be cautious, especially with buffet meals.This experience was distressing and completely avoidable. Very disappointed.

The most important thing guests should know:This hotel does NOT have its own parking.And for a hotel claiming to be 4-star, this is a serious drawback.Key Points:The hotel has zero dedicated parking space for its guests.Instead of proper parking, they put a ’Parking at Your Own Risk’ board.This clearly means the hotel will take no responsibility if anything happens to your vehicle.They sometimes guide guests to park in the municipal area, which is not a solution.The first floor is usually filled with cars from the nearby Nexa showroom.The ground level is not suitable or safe for parking.At night, the road outside is empty ’ unsafe for cars.In the morning, coaching rush blocks the entire road ’ bikes surround your car and you cannot move it.’’ 4-Star Claim vs RealityA hotel that calls itself ’4-star’ must provide secure, dedicated, and managed parking.Here, the guest is left to manage everything on their own, which is not a 4-star experience in any way.’’’ Misleading PhotosThe outside area shown in their photos looks spacious, but the current reality is totally different.The pictures appear old and do not represent the actual situation.’’ Why I am mentioning thisAs a Local Guide who visits this area often, I want guests to have real, practical, ground-level information.Inside rooms may be fine, but the lack of hotel-owned parking is a major concern that directly affects guest comfort and safety.Final AdviceThe stay might be okay,but come here only if you are ready to manage your vehicle on your own, because the hotel has no proper parking of its own.
