We were there for 2 nights. Thankfully only for 2 nights. The hotel does not serve any dining service- breakfast, lunch or anything except water. That's fine. You can find restaurants in the complex. But the service was very very poor. The battery of door lock was not working. I had to call them everytime we wanted to get our door unlocked from outside. They did not change the batteries. In one room, the door bell was not working. I called them multiple times, 3 people come only to confirm that yes, it is not working but no one for repair. We had to call each other to get the door unlocked or keep it open most of the time.I do no recommend this hotel unless you literally just want a place to sleep, nothing else.

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. I arrived at Hotel Regal Grand with my family around 3 AM for check-in, and to my shock, the night receptionist demanded an extra ’600 without any valid reason. At such a late hour, when a family expects support and a smooth check-in, the staff tried to take advantage of the situation.This was completely unprofessional, stressful, and unacceptable. A hotel should provide safety, comfort, and honesty ’ not harassment and hidden charges. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Good hotel nice service, area is peaceful and away from city traffic. Great hospitality, good amenities and friendly staff. They also have big banquet halls for functions and events.
