Utterly dissatisfied with the services..too greedy..they’ve already lost there taste..but now they have degraded services too’we placed an order of 4-5 items and almost within 2-3 mins of order I asked them to cancel one of the item. They simply denied that it is not possible to drop any item from the order’its not like they started preparing the food within 2 mins..Being a regular customer such behaviour was not expected’but from now on Rajhans would be my last choice..I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone’staff is too rude

What can one possibly say about such service? You tell me. On the night of May 23, 2026, at approximately 10:30 PM, we ordered ice cream’specifically two Butterscotch, one Kesar Pista, and three Choco Chip scoops’at a cost of approximately ’179 per scoop. However, the Choco Chip ice cream that was served contained absolutely no choco chips whatsoever; it was merely plain, ordinary ice cream (as you can clearly see in the accompanying image). When I raised this issue with both the manager and the reception staff, they insisted, "This *is* indeed Choco Chip ice cream; we use the 'Top N Town' brand." When I pressed them further, asking, "But where are the actual choco chips?", they replied, "Sir, that is how the manufacturer supplies it; it simply doesn't come with any Choco chips in it."

Hotel Raj-hans Regent is the best for authentic thali and the bafla is to die for. Even the staff is very caring for giving me food with zero spice. Kudos to the hotel and the staff. Thank you
