Had to change to a really poor hotel which was cheaper no refund of money, no cleanliness of rooms. Insects and moths just terrible
At 11:04 AM, hotel staff unlocked and forced entry into our room using a master key without a single knock or ring, walking in right while someone was getting ready. Combine that complete lack of boundaries with a broken bathroom lock that management refused to fix ("just adjust," they said), and you are completely exposed to unauthorized intrusion in your most vulnerable moments.The front desk reaction? A blatant cover-up, paired with sneaky, uncommunicated extra charges. Put yourself in our shoes: Would you feel safe sleeping or changing here knowing a stranger can walk in at any second? Agoda needs to delist this property immediately. Do not risk your safety.
