Good hotel
We booked a room at Red Vibe. When we reached the hotel at around 11:00 AM, we were informed that the check-in time was 12:00 noon, which was understandable.However, we were then given a paper and told to go to Blue Oasis, another hotel under the RVS Group, which was located some distance away. After reaching Blue Oasis, we were asked to wait in the lobby until 12:45 PM. Only then were we handed over the room key.The next day, we received a call at around 10:45 AM asking us to check out by 11:00 AM. However, the booking information on the app clearly mentioned the check-out time as 12:00 noon. When we pointed this out, we were told that we would have to pay an additional 200 for a late check-out if we stayed beyond 11:00 AM.Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of clear and consistent communication regarding the check-in and check-out timings. The hotel should ensure that the timings mentioned on booking platforms match the actual policies followed by the property.
Everything is asthetic, floor was sticky. Everything just looks good. Doesn't function well
