My team and I had a very good experience at 18 Keys Hotel.The food, room service, and facilities were all excellent. But there were a few issues: there was no bucket in the boss’s room, and the room bell was not working, so we had to knock and disturb everyone to call the room attendant. Other than that, everything was very good, and the staff was also very nice.Thank you, 18 Keys, for your excellent service.

I would like to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had during my recent stay at 18 Keys Hotel on 6th November 2025.Due to a flight delay, I arrived at the hotel around 4:00 AM and stayed only for about two hours, as I had another flight to catch later in the morning. Despite paying approximately ’4,600 for a short stay under the Classic Category (with breakfast included) through Goibibo, I was denied basic services.When I requested a simple breakfast and a cup of tea ’ which should have been included in my booking ’ the reception staff informed me that only cut fruits would be provided and that tea would be chargeable. When I questioned this, another staff member named Sachin responded rudely, saying that breakfast and tea would only be available at their scheduled time, not earlier.I clearly mentioned during booking that I needed an early breakfast, considering my short stay, but the staff were uncooperative and unprofessional. Even during checkout, I was told that tea would now be offered as a ’complimentary’ gesture, but by then my cab had arrived, and I declined.I am extremely disappointed with the service and attitude of the staff. Paying ’4,600 for just two hours of stay without even basic hospitality is unacceptable. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action.
