Very rude behaviour of the staff. Not considered our problems taking extra charges even after all paid in advance

The service quality was very poor, and the staff behavior was rude and unprofessional throughout our stay.The hotel imposed extra charges for basic facilities.One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the swimming pool, but unfortunately, it was only there for display. Guests were not allowed to use it properly, and the swimming pool facilities were practically unavailable. This was highly misleading and frustrating.The location of the hotel is also not very good, adding to the overall inconvenience. The staff showed little concern for guest satisfaction and were often discourteous when approached with questions or requests.Considering the poor service, hidden charges, unavailable amenities, rude staff, and misleading information about the swimming pool, I would strongly advise travelers to avoid staying here. There are far better options available that provide genuine hospitality and value for money.
