हमने होटल में ₹200 का नाश्ता ऑर्डर किया था, लेकिन चेकआउट के समय ₹475 वसूले गए। होटल स्टाफ ने बताया कि कमरे में नाश्ता मंगाने पर अतिरिक्त शुल्क लगता है। जबकि ऑनलाइन और होटल में नाश्ते की कीमत ₹200 ही लिखी थी। ऑर्डर करते वक्त हमें यह अतिरिक्त चार्ज के बारे में कोई सूचना नहीं दी गई। ग्राहक अगर कमरे में खाना मंगाता है तो वह वहीं खाएगा, बाहर नहीं। बिना पहले जानकारी के अतिरिक्त शुल्क लेना सही नहीं है। होटल प्रबंधन को अपने नियम और शुल्क स्पष्ट रूप से बताने चाहिए। हमारा अनुभव काफी निराशाजनक रहा।

The staff are excellent and show great respect, especially towards me as a single woman staying at the hotel, which made me feel safe and valued. The food was tasty and accessible at all times. Regarding the room, the cleanliness could be better, and adding toilet paper rolls might be a good idea.
