Shiraz Boutique Hotel

My stay at Hotel Quality, Bhopal, was one of the most shocking and distressing experiences I’ve ever had in my years of travel. What was supposed to be a normal stay turned into a nightmare. Due to a misunderstanding between Agoda and the hotel, the manager intentionally disconnected the power to my room, leaving me in the dark and quite literally forcing me out ’ despite the fact that my booking was fully prepaid.As if that humiliation wasn’t enough, my breakfast was denied, and not a single staff member showed basic courtesy or hospitality. Even after Agoda acknowledged the mistake on their side and compensated me, the manager continued to behave aggressively. He even went so far as to call and threaten me, claiming he would report me to my organization. I have never seen such hostile, unprofessional, and unethical conduct in the hotel industry.I genuinely warn fellow travelers ’ think twice before booking this hotel. No paying guest deserves to be treated this way. This experience was deeply upsetting, disgraceful, and far below even the minimum standards one would expect. If you value safety, respect, and professionalism, I strongly suggest avoiding this property.In response to the owner’s claim: My booking documentation clearly states that the rooms were booked for4 guests, not single occupancy. I have official, timestamped receipts from Agoda proving that the correct occupancy was selected and paid for in advance. The hotel's claim about "extra unpaid guests" is entirely false and a clear attempt to deflect from the safety and professionalism issues I originally raised. so this hotel managment is not only rude but they dishonest also.

I visited this restaurant today and had a very disappointing experience. The service was poor: the waiter asked 3’4 times whether we wanted the bill before we had finished eating. One item on the bill had not been served; when we asked him to remove it, he refused and said it couldn't be canceled once added, so we still had to pay. Overall it was a horrible experience ’ not recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Bamba Hotel with our children. The property matched the description on Booking. We liked the breakfast options in the morning, offering either traditional Japanese dishes or pastries, both tasty. The rooms were practical for our needs. However, the stairs are quite steep, so it might not be ideal for families with babies or very young children, as well as elderly or disabled guests, especially since the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. The hotel is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the metro. Thanks to Kimmy and Azusa for taking care of us during our visit. It's also near Meguro River with its cherry blossoms, providing a quieter atmosphere compared to the busier central Tokyo areas.

I came here to attend a function for two days but stayed back due to the comfort I felt. It offers good food, great location, comfortable rooms, courteous staff, but above all a quiet, serene feel. Mr. Jitendra Sharma and his staff had been very helpful. One down side that I want to point out is lack of direct access to the lift for first floor rooms. How can you ignore such basic facility in a hotel? Please do something.

Loved the stay here, best part for me was the location as it was pretty near to my destination in the city (it was the 1st reason I chose to stay here). But it was a warm place, with greenery around, a Motel with a history of 50 years. And as much as I loved the vibe, the food was also good enough to make it to the top of my list for stay in Bhopal.The staff was courteous and well manned. Overall it was a good vibe, good time, great stay. Would recommend.
