Terrible Stay Experience

Worst Hyatt we have misfortune of checking into. Bathroom and Toilet are integrated with the room. Neither bathroom nor toilet lock. The flush panel in the toilet did not work. On top of that there was no service provided despite numerous calls. The food is bland and highly mediocre. I doubt this hotel is even part of the Hyatt chain. Worst hotel experience till date.

Billing Issues & Parking Problem

Had Lunch with my family on a working day . Preparations of dishes were done as per our instructions .The most surprising part was someone's bill was also added to my Bill . I generally never check my food bill in othe places . But here my Bill was Rs 5700 for 3 persons ( alacart menu ) . We had taken very light foods . So while payment i.e. swiping my card , I asked the waitor , why the payment is so high . His answer was after swiping it will come to normal . As after swiping 5700 was deducted , then I asked for my bills and checked it . Someone's around 1600 was added to my bill . When I asked about this matter , they just said it's a human error. Then I told suppose I wouldn't have checked the total payment and the bill then what would have happened to my losing Rs 1600 . So this is the standard of a 5 star Hyatt Hotel of Raipur .They don't have proper Parking also .
