Orange Eye Resort ,Raipur

This resort is of very low quality and seems untrustworthy. They call people saying everything is available, but upon arrival, nothing is provided. When we mention we had already talked to their staff, they just respond, "He is just a kid; he doesn’t know anything."

Not worthy of a single star. There is very poor communication between the staff and customers during booking. We ended up having to request a refund at the location. This place serves a different purpose... if you know, you know...

Very bad experience, no maintenance, and poor service.

The rooms lacked proper lighting and were poorly maintained. The staff showed a lot of irresponsibility. There was no room service, the mirror was dirty and marked, making it hard to see anything. There was no phone to request water or anything else, and even the door knob was broken. The toilet flush didn't work, and no basic amenities were available. There was no wifi or any other facilities. When we asked about wifi, the staff ignored the issue. The location was very remote and unsafe, especially after 7 pm. There were no lights, no parking, and no security. It was not worth the price or the time and completely ruined our stay.

It wasn't huge, but it could host a decent party.
