"Had a lovely stay at Ile Bay! The food was delicious and the staff were very polite and helpful, which made us feel welcome. The rooms were nice, but the only issue we faced was the electricity’it kept fluctuating throughout the day. If they fix the power backup, it would be a perfect 10/10. Overall, a good experience and worth a visit!"

Good place, location is okay...Front office, Sharmila was good.F & B Service,Devesh is great... he understands what is being asked and his service was amazing...Rohan, was prety helpful.Chef, Harinder was gooood.Also the assistant chef Sahil, is good.As for gm, Vikram, he looks after the guest well.Keep up the good job to the entire team.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff hospitality. A special mention to Mr. Ajmal at the reception, he was extremely cooperative, courteous and always ready to help with any request or query. You can approach him for anything, and he ensures guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. His professionalism and friendly attitude added great value to our stay. Highly recommended hotel with excellent service.

Our stay at Ile Bay Resort was one of the most disappointing resort experiences we’ve ever had. Right from the moment we arrived, the service was far below basic expectations.To begin with, there were no welcome drinks provided, despite this being a standard offering at most resorts in the area. Their in-house restaurant is non-operational during the day, which came as a shock. Due to technical issues, our jetty from Port Blair was delayed, and we reached the resort around 5 PM. Even after explaining the situation, we were denied any food because lunch supposedly ends at 3:30 PM and dinner only starts at 7:30 PM. We were simply told to wait till dinner time.What made this worse was that outside food is strictly not allowed, even when their own restaurant is not functioning during the day. This left us with absolutely no options for food upon arrival.The communication from the resort is extremely poor. They do not answer calls at all. I tried contacting them for two days with no response. Only on the third day did someone finally pick up, just so we could confirm our jetty arrival and request pickup service.Another unacceptable issue was with basic necessities like water. A simple water refill took hours, and required 4’5 reminders each time. This is not hospitality ’ this is pure negligence.The most concerning part is that there is no staff at the reception or on the property at night. If you need anything ’ water, help, or face any emergency ’ you are completely on your own. The entire property goes dark by 11:30 PM, which makes it unsafe to step out. With no staff present and no response from reception, guests are left helpless.We even spoke to the General Manager, Mr. Vikram, but that conversation offered no solutions either. Only generic promises like ’we will take care’ ’ but no real action. Overall, the entire 4-day stay was ruined because of poor management, unresponsive staff, lack of basic services, and zero accountability.I would not recommend Ile Bay Resort to anyone. The property may look decent, but the experience is deeply frustrating and unsafe. There are far better options in Havelock that actually care about their guests.
