Rooms are okay and decent, price and the quality proportion could have been improved. It is in prime area and so the price is little high compartively. No breakfast compliment and no parking, there is nearby car parking on the road and you need to use it. It is renovated one, so few things are on and off. Staffs are friendly and helpful on what to visit and roam around, 5 stars there

Very bad experience ’ felt cheatedI had a very bad experience with this hotelowner. They charged us extra and told us that the room was available for only one day. After that, they suggested a homestay for ’4,000, which is already very high compared to market rates.Before agreeing, I clearly asked if food was included. They said yes and told us we would get a coupon for lunch. Based on this commitment, we agreed and paid the extra amount because food was included.But when we reached the homestay, they clearly said no food is available and asked us to talk to the madhu sudan l who suggested this place and took the money from us.When I called Madhu Sudan, he completely denied his commitment. His behavior was very rude and unprofessional. He said ’food means only breakfast, not lunch or dinner. If you understood it as lunch, that’s your problem, not mine.’He also said that if we want to stay, then stay, otherwise they don’t care and they will not return the money, saying we won’t even get a tent in Coorg now.Even after showing him screenshots where food was clearly mentioned, he continued misbehaving and refused to take responsibility.This place has no civic sense, no honesty, and no customer values. They try to trap and loot tourists by giving false commitments.Strongly not recommended. Please don’t fall into this trap.
