I stayed at the Imperial Hotel, Dharamshala with my family from 25th to 28th December 2025, and overall, our experience was very good.Positive Points:1. The hotel location is excellent and very easy to reach, even for first-time visitors.2. The hotel is well connected to major tourist spots, markets, and local attractions, making travel very convenient.3. Being situated in a peaceful and scenic area, the hotel offers a calm environment away from city noise.4. The view from the hotel is beautiful, especially the surrounding hills and natural scenery.5. The hotel staff is very supportive, polite, and humble, which made our stay comfortable.6. The food taste is good, and the quality is well maintained.7. The location is also suitable for families, as it feels safe and comfortable.Points That Can Be Improved:1. The room lighting was a bit low, which could be improved.2. An exhaust fan was not available in the washroom.3. The telephone in the room was not working.4. Public transportation is not available near hotel. You have requested your one vehicle.Despite these minor issues, my overall stay was very pleasant, and we enjoyed our time at the Imperial Hotel.I would recommend this hotel to others, especially families and travelers looking for a good location, great views, and supportive staff.You can also consider staying here when visiting Dharamshala.

One of the Best Stays I've Ever Had!From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed like family. The staff was extremely polite, Mr.Shavinder is very helpful, and always smiling. ’?The rooms were neat, clean, and beautifully maintained ’ with every little detail taken care of. ’’’?Room service was quick, the food was absolutely delicious, and the ambiance of the hotel gave true luxury vibes. ’’’??What really touched me was their attention to guest comfort ’ they don’t treat you like customers, they treat you like VIPs. ’’??Big thanks to the entire team for making my stay so memorable.
