The property is nice and we booked a room with a Balcony Pool View. Avoid including breakfast in your stay as it only offers a small portion of Kanda Poha, and tea is not provided complimentary with it. The room lacks a mirror in the living area; you have to use the washroom mirror. Parking space is limited. The room includes wifi, AC, towels, bathing soaps, and shampoo. An honest suggestion to the owner: please enhance the breakfast quality, provide a mini fridge in each room, and add a mirror. The property feels lifeless with no atmosphere; to improve this, consider installing quality speakers in the evening. Overall, I recommend this place only if you want to relax in your room. I rate it 5 out of 10.

Our experience at Ishaan Holiday Homes near Nagaon Beach, Alibaug was absolutely delightful. The place is tranquil, well-kept, and perfect for relaxation. Mr. Prashant Gharat's hospitality stood out; he was polite, attentive, and ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The breakfast and meals were tasty, and the rooms were tidy, clean, and well cared for. We also want to thank Mr. Mahtre, who, despite being unavailable at our arrival due to travel, supported us from the start of our booking and made sure everything was smoothly arranged. We truly value his help. One minor suggestion is to offer complimentary tea, coffee, and milk sachets in the rooms when guests arrive. Additionally, while lunch and dinner quality was good, the prices seemed somewhat high. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would strongly recommend Ishaan Holiday Homes to anyone visiting Alibaug. We enjoyed it so much that we're already planning our next visit soon!❤️❤️

Our stay at Ishaan Holiday Home was wonderful! The rooms were tidy, roomy, and well cared for. The property offers a calm environment, ideal for a peaceful retreat with family or friends. The staff, especially Prashant dada, and the hosts were very friendly, supportive, and always ready to help with a smile. The swimming pool was spotless, and the overall setting was lovely. The location is handy, with Nagaon Beach just a short drive away. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Ishaan Holiday Home to anyone visiting Alibaug. We can't wait to come back.
