Safety issues... We booked 5 beds in a dormitory for 3 boys and 2 girls. At 2:00 AM, a 6th person arrived drunk and suddenly opened the curtains of the girls' beds. If late check-ins are allowed, at least direct the person to their bed. This is a serious safety concern. Additionally, the manager's attitude was indifferent, saying if you want to stay, stay; if you want to leave, you can check out at 2 AM. I know the manager didn't cause this problem, but as the owner and manager, there should be some basic safety measures in place.

Booking a private ensuite was a completely awful experience. There were no hygiene standards or basic upkeep. Stray dogs were sleeping in shared spaces, cutlery was dirty, no drinking water was provided, sinks and wash basins were leaking, dustbins and ashtrays were overflowing throughout the common areas, and rooms remained dirty despite multiple requests. The curtains in room 201 had stains that looked like blood. The Wi-Fi was terrible, and their frustrating door-unlocking app took over two minutes to open the room every time. The staff did not respond at all. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the price.
