Very disappointing stay. The owner has no sense of customer service and behaved rudely throughout our visit. The food was below average, and I even found hair in my food, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. The beds are outdated, and the mattresses are dirty and worn out. For the price charged, this hotel does not provide even basic standards of hygiene and comfort. I will never stay here again.
One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Staying here felt more like being in a jail, with the owner acting like a warden rather than someone in the hospitality business. The owner was extremely rude and spoke to guests without any respect.They insisted on taking the full payment in advance, but when it came to providing a GST bill, they failed to do so despite me asking multiple times. This is completely unprofessional.The food quality was terrible, and I even found a hair in my food, which is unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. The beds are very old, and the mattresses are dirty, stained, and uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property are poor.To make matters worse, there was no one available at the reception during the night in case of any emergency or assistance.Overall, this hotel lacks basic hospitality, cleanliness, and customer service. I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this place and look for better options nearby.
Amazing place and kind people!You get more than for what you are promised for! Come here to taste the true Maharashtrian food, the staff are kind and helpful. The place is near to Kihim beach, the best in Alibaug region. And Alibaug beach took 45 mins via car. Don’t expect fancy world around the hotel, come here to relax around a clean and calm beach and slow down your fast moving fancy metro life..
