Couple • India • Oct 2026I had booked a room for my family with an infant. The hotel confirmed and when we reached there they refused to check us in. We were stranded with a child and nowhere to go. Luckily we found a decent hotel nearby. Horrible customer service, they are accepting bookings and returning us. Also, due to road construction the way to the hotel is through nothingness. It's absolutely unsafe with no streetlights or anything around

Had a very bad experience; the owner assured us our rooms had all amenities, but when we arrived, the manager said there was no inverter backup. We tried calling the owner but got no response, so we had to look for other hotels and felt very frustrated.

In summary, Golden Bliss Resort provides excellent value and is perfect for families, couples, or friends wanting to unwind and refresh. I would definitely recommend it and am eager to return!
