Ice Apple Resort

A memorable experience! The setting is peaceful, the rooms spotless, and the staff offered attentive service. Perfect for families or couples wanting to relax. I will surely return!

We stayed at Ice Apple Resort, Nagaon, on August 29th and 30th with our family for one night and two days. The resort was generally nice, and we enjoyed our time there. The rooms were tidy and cozy, the weather was pleasant, and the swimming pool was well kept. The staff were courteous and helpful, so we had no issues with their service or behavior. However, there are some areas where the resort could improve. The biggest concern was the pool hours; it closed at 7 PM, which was disappointing since we were with children and hoped to use it in the evening. The resort also lacked many kids' activities, with only chess available as far as we saw. We asked if the pool could stay open longer, but the management declined. This limited our pool enjoyment and was a downside of our stay. Extending pool hours, especially for families, would be beneficial. The food was acceptable but not very impressive; the main dishes all had similar gravies, and it would be nicer if each dish had a unique flavor and preparation. Another minor issue was that fresh towels and toiletries were not provided the next morning, so we had to reuse the ones from before. Offering fresh towels and toiletries daily would enhance the guest experience. Aside from these points, the resort is pleasant, with beautiful surroundings, clean rooms, and good staff service. With improvements in pool timing, children's activities, food variety, and daily room supplies, the overall stay could be much better. Overall, it's a good family resort, and I hope the management considers these suggestions positively to make future guests even happier. Thanks to Ice Apple Resort for hosting us.
