I am really very disappointed with the services with food and with staff service’ this is really artificial Taj’ I had not expected this from Taj AlibaugFood was served same in lunch and dinnerStaff is not at all cooperative they do not come in one callService overall is very very, very worstIn our room while checking in room was dirty I have taken all the videos and photos for the proof in our room tub was shaking. I had a very bad lower back injury.All the outdoor games are highly chargeable, which is completely disappointing for the tourismThe receptionist have no answer of any question askedFood was served very cold. It was not even hot.Rooms were extremely dirty, not been dust and cleanedStaff is not at all cooperative. They do not come in one call if any problem told to them they do not resolve it.Breakfast was excellentBut lunch and dinner was extremely disappointing because it was similar items served, which were called like noodles and sabziWhen I visited to Spa No one was there to attend.I had stayed from 28th May 2026 till 1st June 2026But I had the worst experienced ever in my life till date. I have visited so many Taj branches like Taj Bekal in Kerala ’ taj ends in Mumbai etc never had this kind of experience in my lifeI would suggest everyone please do not visit this placeWhile checking out, no one came to pick our luggage. I called almost 4 to 5 times.TV was also not working called the staff but they did not came for almost 3 to 4 hoursInside in our room, there were two mosquitoes I called the staff for mosquito bat or mosquito coil but no one came to helpBath tub was so dirty, stinking and shakingIn our room, our fridge was stinking with milk smellMilk packets was spoiled, and cleaning staff was not aware of itGuys originally this was Radisson property, which was took over last year by TajI did not expect this from Radisson property as well as Taj please bring some major changes for more tourismCricket court in the evening Hotel staff even did not put on the lights I was going and telling them still they were like ok karte hay & almost after half an hour later, they light upI would give 0/5 starsGuys, please I request don’t visit to this Taj AlibaugIt’s a waste of time money, our energy and everythingThank you

The stay was really comfortable, Rooms are amazing. Activities were top notch.. Really well done.. but service was really bad in terms of the food sector and cleaning.. a la carte had super delays.. Even buffet had delays for requested things even after coming in early for breakfast.. I had a booking for two days and after a day, the reception is asking me about check out plus allocting the room key to someone else, which happens to try and thrust the door open and wake my child up from sleep.. cleaning was done super late after waiting whole afternoon due to check out fiasco.. The floors are not getting clean enough and just feels dirty as sweeping doesnt do any justice with the amount of dust which keeps coming out under the beds.. I had a 1.5 yrs old toddler and he happens to play on the floor only.. Is taj giving this kind of service now? Never really happened before.. you really need more staff on board to give good service..

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Taj Alibaug Resort & Spa while celebrating our marriage anniversary. The experience was truly memorable from start to finish.The biggest surprise was a complimentary upgrade to one of the largest and most beautiful villas in the property. The villa was stunning, spacious, and made our celebration even more special. The team also arranged a lovely room decoration and anniversary cake, which was a very thoughtful gesture and highly appreciated.The resort itself is huge, beautifully maintained, and has a large swimming pool along with several indoor activities to keep guests engaged. The staff throughout the property were extremely courteous, warm, and always ready to help.A special mention to the piano player in the evening ’ the live music created such a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. The food was very good overall with plenty of options. The restaurant did get a little crowded during peak meal times, but the overall experience more than made up for it.This is truly a must-stay resort near Mumbai for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

We had been there for 2 nights 3 days to celebrate our 14th anniversary. The friendly staff greeted us at the reception area with a warm welcome. They gave us a upgrade to the Deluxe Garden villa which was really a great gesture by them. They surprised us with a decorated room and a fruit Cake to make us feel even more special on our anniversary celebration. The room service staff was also very friendly and attentive.During the meals at Aparanta, all the staff was very kind and professional. Ms.Anushka was really helpful and very prompt in service.We tried lunch at Kokan Cafe and enjoyed the authentic Kokan cuisine.Overall it was an amazing experience and we are looking forward to visit them in future.

He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.The spa experience was amazing’so relaxing and rejuvenating. It was one of the highlights of our trip and definitely worth it!Overall, Taj Alibaug is a perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. Great service, great food, and a truly refreshing experience. Highly recommended!Only one DISAPPOINTMENT, we came here for my mom’s 50th birthday and requested to send birthday cake at midnight to a staff member named Rahul, reminded him twice but It still did not get delivered and pretty much spoiled our tradition of cutting the cake at midnight’
