Situated near Thirunakkara Mahadeva Temple and the heart of the city, this hotel offers tidy, clean, and cozy rooms along with on-site parking. However, the parking entrance is somewhat tight for bigger SUVs. This is my preferred accommodation whenever I visit Kottayam. Strongly suggested!

We reserved the hall for an engagement and are very pleased with their service. The food was also excellent 👍🏻

Very Disappointing Experience ’ Not What You Expect from a 4-Star HotelWe booked Aishwarya Residency, Kottayam, expecting the standards and facilities of a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms and overall accommodation did not meet what we would reasonably expect from a 4-star property.It also appeared to us that the hotel gives significant importance to its bar, while the needs and concerns of staying guests seem to receive much less attention.One of the biggest problems is the lack of proper parking facilities. The parking area is extremely limited, reportedly accommodating only around 15 vehicles, and a significant portion of the parking seems to be occupied by vehicles belonging to bar customers. The space for entering and exiting the hotel compound is also very narrow and difficult to navigate, creating a genuine risk of accidents.We also experienced concerns regarding vehicle damage. Due to careless movement of vehicles in the congested parking area, there is a risk of other guests' vehicles being damaged. In addition, sap and other material falling from the trees in the parking area caused damage to our vehicle. We brought these concerns to the attention of the hotel authorities, but unfortunately, we did not feel that our complaints were given the seriousness or importance they deserved.For a property presented as a 4-star hotel, better room standards, proper parking management, guest safety, and responsible customer service should be basic priorities.Our honest advice to future travellers: if your main purpose is simply to visit the bar, you may consider this property. However, if you are looking for a comfortable and properly managed place to stay in Kottayam, we would recommend considering other hotels or resorts in the area.

Our stay at Aishwarya Residency, Kottayam, was very disappointing and did not live up to the expectations of a 4-star hotel. The rooms and accommodations fell short of what one would anticipate from such a rating. It seemed the hotel prioritizes its bar over the needs of its guests. Parking was a major issue, with very limited space for about 15 vehicles, much of which was taken by bar patrons, and the entrance and exit were narrow and tricky to maneuver, posing safety risks. We were also worried about potential vehicle damage due to the cramped parking and falling tree sap, and when we raised these concerns, the hotel staff did not seem to take them seriously. For a hotel claiming 4-star status, better room quality, parking management, guest safety, and attentive service should be fundamental. We suggest future visitors consider this place only if their main goal is to visit the bar; otherwise, other accommodations in Kottayam might offer a more comfortable and well-managed stay.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. They shamelessly robbed me of ’3,000 in broad daylight under the baseless pretext of a 'cleaning charge.' When confronted, the hotel staff couldn't provide a clear breakdown or a logical explanation for this absurd fee.Instead of treating their guests with even a shred of basic decency, it is blatantly clear that their sole motive is to exploit and extort as much money as possible from you. This outright scam completely ruined my entire stay and my peace of mind; in short, I essentially paid to get a headache.If you don't want to throw your hard-earned money down the drain, please do not even step foot in this hotel. I will never return here in my lifetime, and I wouldn't recommend this trap to my worst enemy!
