Not Worth It – Maintenance Issues and Safety Concerns

I booked this hotel on 28th April and arrived early on the morning of 29th April. The hotel staff informed me that early check-in would be chargeable, and I paid 700 for it. They assigned me Room 401.While the room looked decent at first, there were several serious issues. The AC and fan were not working, the shower had leakage, and the toilet seat was broken. Additionally, there was a water spray leaking near the heater plug where electrical wires were connected, which felt extremely dangerous.I immediately reported these issues to the staff. They acknowledged that the room had multiple problems and told me they would change my room once I returned from the office. This clearly indicated they were already aware of the poor condition but still gave me that room for early check-in.When I returned in the evening and requested a room change, I was told that another room was being cleaned and would be provided once ready. However, the overall experience was quite disappointing.I would strongly advise anyone planning to stay at this hotel to carefully check the room and all facilities before accepting it, especially if you are opting for early check-in.
