Very disappointed staying at this hotel. The complete hotel felt like a ghost house. I am writing this detailed review so that it may help others before booking.We were a group of 12 people and booked 6 rooms for 1 night. We checked in at 2:00 PM but had to wait at reception for almost 20 minutes.Worst Experience – Water Problem:Early morning, there was no water coming from the tap in any room.After calling reception, they informed us that the water pump had broken down.After repeated follow-ups and arguments, they provided only 2 buckets of water per room after almost 1 hour.The water provided was dirty.There was also no hot water available in any room.They did not even have any backup system or pumps.Because of this issue, our temple visit got delayed by almost 2 hours.Restaurant – Completely Avoid:They prepare food only after taking the order and require almost 2 hours advance notice.We placed our dinner order at 9:30 PM and were told it would be ready within 45 minutes.We returned to the hotel at 10:15 PM but still had to wait another 20 minutes.Some members of our group slept without dinner.Staff later said they would provide only room service because their duty time was over.This should have been informed before taking the order.We were a group staying in 6 different rooms, so sharing food room-wise was very inconvenient.Food quality was poor.Chicken dish was extremely spicy and felt rubbery and undercooked.Chapati was charged at Rs. 40 each, but it was paper-thin like papad.Rooms & Cleanliness:Rooms are spacious but not clean.Curtains were dusty.Centralized AC was not cooling properly.Positive Points:Breakfast was good and complimentary.No complaints about the staff. All staff members were polite and helpful.I feel the staff are not getting proper support from the owner, which is why they seem helpless.Overall, it was a totally disappointing experience and I would not recommend this hotel for family or group stays.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep with reliable hot water. The location was very convenient, making transport easy, and the staff were attentive and helful throughout. Facilitities were well-maintained, and cleanliness was impeccable, complemented by efficient housekpeeing. Overall, it offered great value for money.

A special thanks to [YOGESH Brother ] at the front desk for their warmth, and the housekeeping team for keeping our room immaculate.Rooms: Our room was stunning, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and peace. The cozy, high-quality amenities made it a perfect retreat.Location & Vibe: Perfectly located, the hotel combines a calm, relaxing environment with easy access to the city center.Dining: The breakfast was delicious with fantastic options to start the day, and the dining experience exceeded all expectations….Finally last but not least… The Hotel owner made everything perfectly and personalised care, hands-on management, and a welcoming atmosphere 🤝🤝🤝 Thank you so much Sir
