I had the best experience at Hotel kanha palm springs. Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, and safe and secure environment were the best parts. Thank you so much for making my trip memorable.

Had a wonderful stay the location was perfect for sightseeing and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms are clean spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it.

I attended a family wedding event at Kanha Palm Spring City Bhopal on 12th’13th February 2026. After consuming food and beverages at the venue on the first day, I developed acute vomiting and diarrhea within hours.Over the following days, I personally communicated with more than 50 relatives who attended the same function, and a significant number of them reported similar symptoms including diarrhea, vomiting, body pain, headache, weakness, and prolonged fatigue. As of 17th February 2026, many individuals were still recovering.The scale and similarity of symptoms among attendees strongly indicate a serious lapse in food hygiene, food handling standards, or water safety protocols at the venue. When such widespread illness occurs among guests after consuming food at the same premises, it raises grave public health concerns.Given that the property also operates a water park facility alongside hosting large-scale marriage functions, strict segregation and monitoring of water sources, food preparation areas, and sanitation systems is absolutely essential. Any failure in these systems can have serious health consequences.This matter warrants immediate internal investigation, transparent reporting, and corrective action by the management. It may also require examination by competent public health authorities.Guest safety cannot be compromised under any circumstances.Extremely disappointed and concerned.

Beware !We attended a wedding reception at Kanha Palm Spring hotel, Bhopal on 12 and 13 Feb 2026 . diarrhea, vomiting ,fever & pain in abdomen since then. My most of the relatives are sufferings from same problem at various locations and gating medical treatment. This comes to know that few of our friends who had also attended the reception were suffering from the same. The opinion about the food quality and customer care is very bad . When I read old reviews of the hotel, I came to know that food poisoning is a common occurrence with its food.

Amazing room with excellent room service. The location is very convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for allowing early check-in’it made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience!
