Clean property, extra large rooms, XL smart TV in rooms, beautiful view from the balcony, got two nights for INR 6500 including breakfast, most of the staff were welcoming and helpful (Ankit took extra care). Pro tip- Avoid driving at night time to his property if you're a couple/ solo because it will take around 2 hours from Kandaghat to reach this property and roads are a bit tight and bumpy.Rest everything is good at this property. Value for money 💰
Rooms r fabulous of this property. and the hotel staff, two reception guys, they r nice. Overall, the property is on heights, there is nothing for roaming around there but the hotel nd their rooms are too much fab, provided 5star feeling.
Our stay at Kavin The Chail Resort in Nagali, Chail was delightful. Surrounded by thick pine and deodar forests with fresh mountain air and tranquil ambiance, it offered an ideal break from urban life. Each room features a private balcony showcasing stunning mountain or valley vistas, and the property feels cozy and recently constructed with only about 10 rooms. The rooms are roomy, comfortable, and well-equipped (king beds, AC, smart TV, free Wi-Fi, in-room safe). The staff were friendly, attentive, and prompt in assisting us. The on-site restaurant, Sparrow, offered delicious Indian and Chinese dishes, and room service was handy. Parking was plentiful, and the location was peaceful yet conveniently near Chail Palace, the cricket ground, and other local sights. One area for improvement: although the rooms were mostly clean and well-kept, bathroom cleaning could be enhanced. We observed some leftover water marks, minor soap scum on fixtures, and spots around the drain and grout needing more careful cleaning, especially under and behind fixtures. A more thorough daily cleaning focusing on these details, along with ensuring fresh towels and toiletries are perfectly arranged, would raise the experience to fully align with the high standards elsewhere. Also, adding a small refrigerator in rooms and improving drinking water quality would be beneficial. Overall, a wonderful, serene mountain retreat with beautiful views and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for couples or small groups looking for quiet time in nature near Chail. We would happily visit again!
