Kavin The Chail Resort - Serene Valley Views

The property is located at a decent location and we paid Rs. 15600/- for 2 rooms for one night. There was a group of people who were staying at the property and were constantly playing loud music in the balcony and screaming drunk and disturbed all the other guests. We complaint multiple times but the hotel staff did not take any action and the noise was continued till 12 AM. The food was very bad and breakfast was barely eatable. Won’t recommend this property to Anyone unless you are getting it below 2000 because that’s what is only worth. If you are paying anything around 5k much better options with professional staff is available.

If you're looking for a peaceful spot and property, this is it. The location is tranquil, around 6-7 km from Chail town. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and clean. The service is outstanding regarding delivery, politeness, and quickness. Food prices are high, especially for non-vegetarian dishes. Parking is provided, though it's open parking. Buffet breakfast is offered but has very few vegetarian options.

The rooms are very large and come equipped with amenities such as a sofa, dining table, electric kettle, and iron. The food is tasty and the service is excellent. The balcony offers a fantastic view. I consider this a must-stay hotel in Chail and one of the better 4-star options. I would definitely like to stay here again.
