Kera Houseboats Alleppey

I had a wonderful time on the Kera houseboat with my family (2 adults and 1 child). The whole crew, particularly Antony and the other two staff members, were very kind, accommodating, and respectful of our privacy. The food was delicious, the service was quick, and the room and bathroom were clean and well kept considering the price. There are a few areas for improvement — the room is quite small with limited space for luggage, so adding a small cupboard or table would be helpful. Providing basic toiletries like a dental kit and improving kitchen cleanliness slightly would also be beneficial. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience with a friendly crew and good service.

Our experience with Kera houseboats was wonderful. The boat was very clean. The food was excellent. We requested a stop to buy seafood, and I purchased crab and prawns which they cooked for us without charging extra. They also stopped for a massage at our request. The staff was courteous, helpful with suggestions, and mostly gave us privacy.

The experience was wonderful, and the staff showed great care. I strongly recommend this place.

My father introduced me to Mr. Sebastian for a recent trip with my friends, and I must say I strongly recommend Kera Houseboats. I valued the transparency and smooth coordination in everything that was shared and arranged. The food was incredible; I ate to my heart's content and even wished I could take the chef with me :D Overall, it was a very pleasant and peaceful experience. I would definitely choose Kera again and highly suggest it if you're considering your options. I also appreciate the team's patience and service—they are truly kind, polite, and respectful.
