I had a very disappointing experience at Khushboo Resort in Manali. The service was poor, the staff behavior was unprofessional, and the rooms were not properly maintained or cleaned. The facilities shown online were very different from the actual condition of the resort.The overall management was careless, and there was no proper response to our complaints during the stay. For the amount charged, the experience was completely unsatisfactory.I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Manali. Very bad experience overall.

We stayed for 3 nights and we felt like home every time we came at the hotel worn out. The staff was incredibly friendly and supportive. Every time we requested something they always fulfilled it and the rooms were amazing. The only disturbing element of this hotel was their location for which you have to navigate a very poor road uphill which gave us problems every time.

* Service: Manager Shri Ravi and the staff are exceptionally cordial and helpful.* EV Support: Provided AC charging, which was vital after multiple DC fast charges during the journey.* Food: Homely, delicious, and healthy (minimal oil and spices).* Accommodation: Proactively upgraded our double room booking to a triple to accommodate my family.* Value: Excellent value for money.* Cons: The access road to the main Manali road is heavily congested, adding 30’40 minutes of travel time every evening.

Unfortunately, my visit to this hotel was disappointing. While the property has promise, the behavior of the staff and owner felt dismissive and unprofessional when we asked for help. Because of this, the stay was far less pleasant than it could have been. I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this hotel to others.
