I recently stayed at DLS Hotel and had an excellent experience throughout. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly and the check-in was very efficient. The employees were extremely polite, helpful, and always available to support me with any requests. The rooms were clean, roomy, and well-kept, equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable visit. The bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere gave a homely feeling. Housekeeping performed well daily, keeping everything tidy and fresh.

We are a travel agency located in Gujarat, and we have used DLS property. We sincerely appreciate La Seren and DLS hospitality. If you want excellent service, we highly recommend this hotel because the staff, hotel, and management are top-notch in this industry. Definitely worth trying. Thank you very much to DLS and management for your service.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.The room we were given was like a nightmare’dirty, uncomfortable, and nothing like what was expected. We immediately requested a room change, but the staff told us the hotel was ’fully booked’ and that no other rooms were available.Surprisingly, when we decided to check out because of the poor conditions, they suddenly offered us an upgraded room. This made it obvious that rooms had been available all along, and we felt we had been misled from the beginning.When we refused the upgrade and said we no longer wanted to stay because we had lost trust in the staff, the situation became extremely distressing. The staff closed the door, repeatedly pressured us, and refused to let us leave until we paid the full amount. We felt intimidated and frightened, and ended up paying simply because we wanted to leave safely.No guest should ever be made to feel trapped or pressured in this way. Instead of resolving a legitimate complaint professionally, the staff’s behavior made an already terrible experience much worse.I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice. Customer service, honesty, and guest safety should be the highest priorities, but that was certainly not our experience. I will never return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

No guest should ever feel trapped or pressured like this. Instead of handling a valid complaint professionally, the staff's actions made a bad experience even worse. I strongly recommend anyone thinking about this hotel to reconsider. Customer service, honesty, and guest safety should be top priorities, but that was not our experience. I will never come back and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
