The location is not convenient. The staff behavior is poor. Mall Road is far away. They charge for food for the driver.

The place was well kept and services were provided promptly. Thank you for having us.

The hotel would benefit from employing more experienced and professionally trained staff rather than relying heavily on trainees. Upon arrival, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and I had to request housekeeping to clean it again.The rooms were decent and reasonably comfortable. The food was also satisfactory; however, several members of my family experienced stomach-related issues during our stay, which was disappointing.The location can be a bit difficult to find, so I would recommend contacting the reception in advance for directions and guidance before arriving.Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the property does not currently meet the standards one would typically expect from a 4-star hotel. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and service quality if the hotel wishes to justify its 4-star rating.I do not usually leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share this feedback so that the hotel can address these issues and better meet guests' expectations in the future.

We had checked in on 25th may for 3 N however we noticed the staff is very laid back.Everything we had to remind them twice to get starting from toilet paper to pillows. Worst was on checkout we were billed incorrectly for food we did not even order. Inspite of clarifying that bill was generated later and as customers who paid 30k for stay we wouldnt raise petty issue for a 600Rs bill but they still charged us.Most of the food items on the menu was not even available and food served was very substandard. Not coming back here for sure as although its shown as a 4* it definitely doesn't feel like with all the utilities and staff behaviour
