Room service was often late and delayed. The washroom exhaust was not functioning, and there was no response from management when we complained. Breakfast was scheduled from 8 to 10, but we were asked to finish by 8:30, which was not acceptable. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
