Disappointing Group Stay

Our stay here as part of a WanderOn group tour was very disappointing. The host was unfriendly and showed no hospitality. Our check-out time was 11:00 AM, and when we were only 10 minutes late, the host harshly told us that luggage service ended exactly at 11:00 AM and unpleasantly mentioned they had been reminding us since the day before to leave on time. The hotel itself had very poor hygiene. The room floor was dirty with hair and bugs, the bedsheets had visible lipstick marks, and the coffee tray was dirty with sugar and grime. The bathroom smelled bad, lacked an exhaust fan, had cockroaches, and the food quality was very poor. I do not recommend staying here.

Terrible Service Experience

I have been staying at this hotel for 4 years, but the service is very bad now. Today, my parents went there travelling more than 600 kms from delhi with a confirmed booking from Agoda, but the hotel refused to give them a room.The hotel said they don't work with Agoda anymore, but nobody informed us! Neither the property nor Agoda. The owner lied and said he didn't have my phone number or email to tell me before we arrived. Leaving people without a room like this is terrible.Very bad experience. I am never going back here and do not recommend it.
