Excellent taste of Foods with Trained Staff.Only one issue that is if you are coming with your own vehicle then you would have to face unmanaged taxies traffic which are coming from up road and down road nearby Hotel Heights...there should be appointed two guards with vockie talkies.
I have been staying at Manali Heights for the last three days, and I honestly don’t have enough words to praise this hotel. The room service here is excellent ’ truly outstanding.The staff is the best part of this hotel. Everyone is extremely polite, professional, and helpful. I would especially like to appreciate the restaurant staff ’ Jwala Prasad, lekh Raj, and Amit Kumar ’ for their wonderful service and warm hospitality.A special thanks to the reception manager and Pawan Thakur for being extremely helpful and cooperative throughout my stay.Overall, I would love to give a 10 out of 10 rating for the services, food, and staff. Everything here is simply the best.

Solo Traveller • Feb 2026I went for a holiday with my family and stayed in Manali Heights. The food was delicious and nicely served in rooms. Only one point which would request property to implement is instal lift as i had my mother and she faced difficulty in climbing up stairs and coming down too as my room was on 3rd floor (family suite room).Overall good and comfortable stay but request to put lift as its basic necessity now.
