Nice property located near the top of Kanyal Road with stunning views of the river and valley. I stayed for 4 days, but on the last morning, the shower heating stopped working. When I mentioned this to the front office during check-out, the staff showed no sympathy and blamed me, saying I should have waited or called to inform them so they could turn on the heating. This left a negative impression on my final day. However, the rest of the staff, the food, and the manager Thakur Ji were all very pleasant and welcoming. Sometimes small issues can spoil the whole experience. Despite this, I still recommend the place for the views and Thakur Ji. Wishing them all the best.

This hotel is advertised as 4 star hotel on Make my trip portal,however it is just a 3 star hotel. Room was good but not like 4 star hotels. Their buffet for breakfast and dinner have very less options and specially for non vegetarians. Even they have only one desert as part of the buffet. Will not recommend to take the buffet for food.Another observation looking at the property seems like a home stay got converted into a hotel. My expectations were based on 4 star but if you are going with 3 star expectations then this could be a good affordable option

The location is absolutely beautiful, and the staff are very disciplined, professional, and well-trained. The staff behaved very rudely and kept bothering us. We had reserved three rooms, but the food quality was poor and the service was extremely slow. I placed an order for snacks at 7 pm but only got them at 10 pm.
