I stayed for a day with my Inlaw and family with 2 Kids aged 11 & 14 , I was directly charged 1000 Rs Per Kid for a Floor Bed , which is in very bad Condition , No Proper toiletiries , Towels available , Over and above the pool was completly damaged and my kids got allergic to huge amount of chlorine and poor maintanence of water at pool , when i asked about the same the receptionist was very cool answering that he will loook into it... Last but not least While settling the dinner bill they had added items which we didnt order and made the bill to 2500 instead of 1100 Rs which we actually had. Its truely waste of money spending 11500 for 1 day stay at this Property , I trusted the review and rating from Agoda but actually this resort to be rated less than 3 Star. I not satisfied with this Booking
Room is clean and nice. But apart from Regina rest all the staff was lazy, we have to ask multiple times.
We visited the resort this week. Room was excellent. Service was good. Table tennis ,carrom available. Fantastic breakfast
