The rooms are fairly spacious but the bathrooms are very small and the latch was broken. The geyser worked, but we had to ask repeatedly for toiletries since there are no nearby shops. The service was quite poor. The restaurant service is the worst, often taking 30-45 minutes to serve basic tea and coffee, and the food is always too salty. Overall, consider staying only if you get a good deal and be ready to dine elsewhere.

Our stay at the hotel was very unpleasant from the start. Upon arrival, we noticed a bad odor, which the reception staff claimed was coming from outside, but that was not true. They also delayed giving us our rooms because cleaning was still in progress, which was quite frustrating. We chose to have lunch at the restaurant instead of waiting. Here are the problems we encountered during our stay: 1) One room had no TV, 2) The kettle was either broken or rusted, 3) The glass tumbler provided was not properly cleaned, 4) The bed was shaky, 5) Hot water stopped suddenly, 6) There were frequent power cuts, 7) A bad smell was coming from one of the rooms, making it impossible to stay for the rest of the trip, 8) No one from room service helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out. This hotel is extremely poor in hygiene and service. I strongly advise anyone reading this not to book here, as it will ruin your peace of mind and mood for the trip.
