Le Montigo Resort

We had organized a gathering of 12 families with children and chose this property. Upon arrival, the staff's behavior was very disappointing. We were forced to wait in the lobby for hours over trivial issues. Despite having paid more than half the rent upfront, we were not allowed into the rooms until the full payment was made. The staff spoke in a threatening way, which is unacceptable nowadays. There were no facilities, the lunch was poor in quality, tasteless, and not enough. What was meant to be an enjoyable trip turned into a terrible experience here.

Our stay at Le Montego Resort for a family gathering on September 12–13, 2026, was extremely disappointing. We had reserved the entire property for over 40 family members from Kerala, expecting a warm welcome. Instead, the reception experience ruined everything. The front office staff, especially manager Krishnaraj, showed a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy. They were dismissive, hostile, and deliberately delayed our check-in over minor issues that could have been quickly resolved. Being treated as a nuisance despite booking the whole resort is unacceptable. The management must address this rude behavior and ensure proper hospitality training for their front desk team. Additionally, during an emergency when a family member became very ill and vomited, we asked room service for cleaning help. Shockingly, they refused to assist with cleaning or sanitation. For a resort that prides itself on cleanliness and hospitality, abandoning guests during a medical emergency is unacceptable. The staff’s incompetence and lack of empathy forced us to manage a hazardous situation ourselves. Management urgently needs to improve training and hold staff accountable for hygiene and emergency response.

The management is quite poor and the staff behave rudely.

Everything else is fine except for the male staff at the front office, who should be trained in basic courtesy and manners when interacting with guests. Their behavior was disappointing, offensive, rude, and arrogant, which negatively impacts the resort's reputation. Otherwise, it's a nice place to enjoy quality time.

Great environment, particularly suitable for families; this place is a must-see.
