We had a wonderful two-night stay at Le Yercaud, spending our first night in the Signature Pool Villa and the second in the Jacuzzi Suite. Both rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with spotless bathrooms, lovely balcony views, and probably the biggest and most comfortable bed I've ever seen in a hotel room!I had planned a special birthday surprise for my wife, and Mr. Rajkumar, the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. The room was beautifully decorated exactly as requested, a birthday cake was arranged, and the team ensured my wife had absolutely no idea about the surprise. Their attention to these little details genuinely made me say WOW!A very special appreciation to Mr. Dhanapal from Security, an incredibly kind-hearted, humble, hardworking, and dedicated person. His genuine care, helpfulness, and warm attitude truly deserve recognition. People like him are a real asset to the resort!Huge kudos to Mr. Mohan, the Restaurant Manager, and Mr. Jothi Perumalsaamy from Housekeeping, for their outstanding hospitality, attentiveness, and exceptional service throughout our stay.The private pool was spotlessly clean and maintained to the highest standards.
