We recently booked close to 50 rooms at Lemon Tree Hotel for our guests, and I can confidently say the entire stay experience was exceptional.A very special thanks to Naveen ji for handling such a large booking with absolute professionalism, precision, and warmth. Managing 50 rooms simultaneously requires strong coordination and attention to detail ’ and everything was executed flawlessly. From smooth check-ins to guest comfort and constant support, the experience was seamless throughout.What truly stood out was the team’s responsiveness and positive attitude. Every request was attended to promptly, and all our guests felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The rooms were well maintained, the service was efficient, and the overall hospitality exceeded expectations.When you are responsible for the stay of so many guests, you need a team you can completely rely on ’ and Lemon Tree delivered beautifully.Highly commendable service. Grateful for making the entire experience stress-free and memorable.

Stayed here for 2 days in Room No. 314. Honestly, this hotel does not match its 4/5-star rating. If you are paying your hard-earned money, it is better to choose a good 3-star hotel instead.Service was not professional, both in room service and the restaurant. Basic standards were missing ’ even water glasses were not changed after previous meals. During breakfast and dinner, there was very little attention given to guests.The food spread was not worth the price. Dinner menu was almost the same on both days, with only minor changes.Overall, disappointing experience and not value for money.

The rooms are so spacious, we were staying as part of a wedding party and every room had a separate seating area which was quite spacious with a great kitchenette and a full sized fridge.The food was superb, breakfast had ample options and the staff was super attentive.Had some issues with check in and could have been handled better considering all the IDs and list of guests had been provided in advance.

I had booked two rooms at the Lemon Tree to celebrate my wife's birthday. At my request, the manager, Mr. Vivek Jha, upgraded our room and arranged for birthday decorations, for which we are truly grateful. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but a few service-related issues slightly marred the experience.Upon check-in, we were given keys to two rooms, but neither of them worked. Even after requesting new keys, it took about 20-30 minutes to resolve the issue. We eventually had to go to the reception ourselves, where we discovered that the keys initially given to us were for a different room altogether.There was also confusion regarding the high tea, which was part of my package. When I inquired at the reception, I was told to check in the dining area. The dining staff then informed us that the high tea would be served in our room. However, when we called for high tea around 5 PM, we were told that room service was unavailable and that we would have to come down to the dining area where the high tea was being served.When we arrived at the high tea area, my wife tried to take a dessert from the buffet, but a staff member stopped her and said that it wasn't for us and that our order would be served at our table. There was no sign or information indicating this, and this interaction left my wife feeling quite embarrassed, which was disappointing ’ especially on her birthday.Furthermore, the portion size of the high tea was very small, consisting of only four pieces each of bread pakora and sandwiches, along with tea, which did not meet our expectations.While we appreciate the room upgrade and decorations, better coordination, clearer communication, and more courteous behavior towards guests would significantly improve the overall experience.
