First impression: Everything looks good from outside. It is at a sorted location. Mall, PVR and shopping places around. As soon as you enter the hotel premises, guard greets you, take your bag to the lobby. Folks at the reception were very welcoming, the check in went pretty smoothly. Got our keycard, got into the elevator with our bags (no bellboy, which was not at all an issue), reached 16th floor. Opened the room:First thing I really liked was how it looked. •You enter from the Living room, then you pass through the kitchen, bathroom on the opposite side and into the bedroom. Decent space with a decent sized TV. Looked out and the view was good enough (I did not need a breathtaking view). PS: the balcony was locked due to security reasons. I asked and they told me it cannot be opened. •The pool was on the 20th floor, decently sized, not so deep and with a good view. In the evening it was a little bit full but fortunately not too much. • Outside food was allowed (thanks the hotel staff). •>Overall a pretty solid experience for the amount of money I spent. I'll definitely visit again. Kudos to the staff 👏🏻👏🏻
