Pathetic
Very bad experience. Bad facilities provided and poor cleanliness
Over charged twice for hidden costs though we had pre-booked and pre-paid. We had to pay extra amount for a second person in an already booked double room! Bookings are for 2 people as a standard but here they charge extra for the second person. Then they hid charges for the driver's dorm room until the last moment. Paid *** bucks extra for his food and stay in a shared dorm over and above our prepaid booking plus extra second person (Not third!). So extra *** bucks in the hotel after paying *** already for the room online. The manager was rude. Facilities were limited. Our Deluxe room was actually a Superior Small room with no side table also for one bed. View was amazing and property is good but beware of hidden charges and sub standard room facilities. It's like a 3 star room and there is no lift btw. We were on the 2nd floor.

Good service

There is need to arrange space more finely . Seaview is not there due to unable to sea view from even front cottage. Infinity pool will more visible if garden leaf will be low height. Unable to see seaview from pool whereas it is infront of beach. There is obstruction due to dense trees.
Very nice stay

Our stay was nice. Staffs are ok. Food is also good. Though not many options are available for lunch and dinner. Breakfast spread was nice.
