My Worst Hotel Experience Ever. Please Do NOT Book This Hotel.I generally don’t write reviews, but this experience was so terrible that I feel it’s important to warn others.When we arrived at the hotel, there was no receptionist at the desk. We waited for quite some time, and finally a person came who was chewing gutkha while talking to us ’ extremely unprofessional.Even after having a confirmed booking, we were told that all rooms of the category we booked were already occupied. After some argument, they finally gave us a room, but that made the situation even worse.The room they provided was shockingly dirty and unhygienic.The entire room looked messy and unclean.No drinking water bottle was provided.The bedsheet and blanket had blood stains, which was horrifying to see.There were big bugs on the bed, making it impossible to even sit.The water kettle was old and covered in rust.The washroom was the dirtiest I have ever seen in any hotel, with no basic cleanliness or maintenance.Absolutely no service or staff support ’ no one bothered to check what we were going through.Overall, this was the worst to very worst hotel experience of my life. I strongly advise everyone reading this: please do NOT book this hotel, even by mistake. The lack of cleanliness, unprofessional behavior, and complete negligence towards guests make it totally unsafe and uncomfortable for anyone to stay here.

Hotel is horrible It is like a dungeon Agoda is to be blamed for showing these type of hotels We should ban Agoda

Rooms were good, hospitality and food was great, however, cleaning service was not very good.

Very misbehaving, staff and uneducated managers who don’t know how to manage customer. Even they don’t have a person on reception. You have to find people who can receive you at their property and also room was very poor. They don’t even care about your needs Basic needs like food and water once I called at reception at night for my dinner and they forgot to send person to ask me to give my order so please do not book this hotel. They have very bedrooms and very bad washroom. Do not go on the photo, they upload. It’s very old photos. I have new one photos at from 2025 when I travelled.Radhe Radhe

I've never gave any review but for this hotel I'll say its Most unsafe location and Worst hotel I've ever stayed in..my family(mostly ladies) felt so uncomfortable with the staff members and unhygienic rooms/bathrooms..they gave us a driver who misbehaved with us and showed picture of the former bjp politician who's the owner of this hotel there are no personal lock system in room we shifted sofa beside the door and didn't slept at night..don't stay here if there are ladies/family member with you..staff member are creepy and don't even listen..you can't go outside from evening time as the road turns dark n abandoned n there are no auto/rickshaws
